PAST ASSIGNMENTS:

CEO, Spastic Society of Gurgaon: Took the organization through the process of ISO 9001-2008 quality certification extension, ensuring compliances. Gave shape to many projects, including vocational rehabilitation for the disabled. The focus was integrating the differently-abled, into the main stream, for which she frequently hosted events and took the special children for outings to sensitise people towards them. Some of her other assignments have been around drug de-addiction.
Clinical-Administrator,QuadrantTreatwell,
At Artificial Limb Centre, Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon: prosthetic rehabilitation for people musculoskeletal injuries, and providing patients with a variety of choices for their orthopaedic care.
Coordinator, Department of Occupational therapy, Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi: as a Coordinator, she was an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and was appointed on various important committees on strategic planning for patient benefit. One of the key programs she implemented was “Patient of the month”, with the theme, that the passion to excel is retained by each individual, even after facing disability. And if there is a driving force like gaining such a title to achieve, patients would focus on gaining self-help skills, overcoming their emotional conditions

While treating most of the cases, she noticed, countless number of patients seeking treatment for neck pains & back pains, and carpel tunnel syndrome, in the OPDs, spending a lot of money for consultations, and investigations like MRIs, and other scans, and then treatment, including Physiotherapy & alternative therapies or even surgeries.

This was the incubating point of “Ergonomics-The laws of work” (Training people to be productive in their work environments) and the idea around “ERGOCURE®” was born in 2013. Today we have a team of dedicated Ergonomists, Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists who work on customising our practice in India.
